- Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered
- The refund period is calculated from the date of successful payment completion

- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course content due to platform technical issues that persist for more than 48 hours
- Course Content Mismatch: If the course content significantly differs from the course description and learning objectives
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice
- Payment Error: If there was an error in the payment processing that resulted in incorrect charges
- Course Cancellation: If a course is cancelled by the instructor or removed from the platform before completion
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free courses
- Courses that have been completed (more than 80% of content accessed)
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Refund requests due to change of mind after accessing course content
- Refund requests due to personal circumstances unrelated to the course
- Certificates or credentials issued upon course completion

3.2 Refund Review Process

Once your refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:

- UPI: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 7-14 business days
- Wallets: 3-5 business days

If an instructor cancels or removes a course from the platform:
- All enrolled students will be notified via email
- Full refunds will be automatically processed within 7-14 business days
- No action is required from students in such cases

Cancelling your Skilzu account does not automatically entitle you to refunds for purchased courses. Course access may be retained based on our data retention policies. For account cancellation requests, please contact our support team.
